ARTISTICS GYMNASTICS

The Artistic Gymnastics program will feature men and women performing feats of fitness, skill, concentration, flexibility and artistic flair.

Fourteen Artistic Gymnastics gold medals will be on offer on the purpose built, International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) approved competition arena

.Athletes will compete in a team event which counts as both a medal event and the qualification round for the Individual All-Around and Individual Apparatus events. Women will challenge on the Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam and Floor, while men contest the Vault, Parallel Bars, Horizontal Bar, Floor, Still Rings and Pommel Horse.

Rhythmic Gymnastics

The Rhythmic Gymnastics program will feature women performing in both team and individual competition across four apparatus, judge on their skill in leaps, balances, pivots, flexibility, apparatus handling and artistic effect.

Six Rhythmic Gymnastics gold medals will be on offer on the purpose built, International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) approved competition arena.

Gymnasts will compete in a team event which counts as both a medal event and the qualification round for the Individual All-Around and Individual Apparatus events. The apparatus used will be the Rope, Ball, Clubs and Ribbon.
